FAQ
Where is the studio located?
The studio is located at a private residence in Victor, ID. The location will be e-mailed to you after you book your lesson.
How many people can attend a lesson?
As of now, the space allows for two students to be accommodated comfortably (hopefully there is an opportunity to expand in the future!)
What should I wear to my lesson?
Your first lesson will focus primarily on foundational floor elements and dance technique, so you’re welcome to wear anything that allows you to move comfortably. As you progress to sits and climbs, shorts and a tank top are recommended for effective grip on the pole.
To ensure your safety and performance, please avoid applying lotion to your hands and legs 24-48 hours before your lesson, as it can hinder your ability to grip the pole. Additionally, please refrain from wearing jewelry to your session.
I'm worried I’m not strong or flexible enough for pole dance.
Rest assured, there’s no need to worry! Classes are specifically designed for beginners with a focus on building strength and flexibility progressively. You’ll start with foundational skills, allowing you to grow stronger and more confident with each session. Many of the movements we practice don’t require extensive strength, and our primary goal is to have fun and enjoy the journey. Just come ready to learn and have a great time!
Do I need to wear pole heels?
Wearing heels can add both style and an extra challenge to your pole dance practice, but they are not required. If you’re new to heels and interested in trying them, a good starting point is a 6-inch ankle boot, such as those from Pleaser Shoes (please note that this is just a suggestion and not a brand affiliation). Please avoid wearing street shoes during your lesson.
